| BSU Press Release: 2008 Ball State Football Schedule |
In conjunction with ESPN and the Mid-American Conference, the Ball State University athletics department has announced its 2008 football schedule, which includes four nationally televised games for the Cardinals.
The MAC will have 16 national television appearances on ESPN or ESPN2 plus feature games on ESPNU, ESPN Classic and ESPN 360.
In addition, Ball State's home game vs. Navy has been moved to Friday, Sept. 5, and will be shown live on national television on ESPN at 7 p.m. (ET).

| BSU Press Release: Ball State Football Announces 2008 Recruiting Class |
Muncie, Ind. -- Ball State head football coach Brady Hoke has announced 21 student-athletes have signed national letters of intent to attend the school and compete on the Cardinals’ football team.
“We are extremely excited about this year’s recruiting class and the future of Ball State football,” Hoke says. “The staff did an outstanding job of evaluating this year’s class. We have a good mix of players from all over the country, and we were able to fill the needs of our football program.”
Ball State will open the 2008 football season Aug. 28, in a home game vs. Northeastern at Scheumann Stadium. The Cardinals are coming off a 7-6 overall record, a Mid-American Conference West Division Co-Championship and an appearance in the International Bowl.

| BSU Press Release: Ball State Football Announces 2006 Recruiting Class |
MUNCIE, Ind. -- Ball State University third-year head football coach Brady Hoke announced the Cardinals 2006 recruiting class at a press conference Wednesday afternoon at the John and Janice Fisher Football Training Complex. The class is comprised of 22 individuals, including John Purdy of Fort Wayne Snider High School, who graduated from high school in December and enrolled at BSU for the second semester in January.
